"What's For Snack?"

Sometimes they are not even all the way in the car after school before they start asking "what's for snack?"  I usually have a plan, and I think they just like knowing that I have been thinking about them while they were at school.

Today I wanted our snack to be fun and transportable.  Thus, I made cupcakes in ice cream cones.  I had expected that the cones might fall over, but they stayed upright to bake.  We will be skipping the icing because I find icing and transportable do not go well together, but we definitely have the "fun" aspect covered.  There is also a hidden surprise inside ... I put a few M&Ms in the bottom (for added weight) for a chocolaty surprise.  I must admit, it was hard to wait to pick the boys up before having one myself.
