My First Scarf

Remember a few weeks ago when I mentioned that I had taken a knitting class?  

Well, I finally finished the scarf today.   

I sat down for an hour before I had to pick up the kids from school and got it finished.  It should have been finished weeks ago, but I'm not much of a scarf person.  Thus, I had a hard time getting motivated to finish it.  Luckily I ran into a friend while picking up the kids from school yesterday and she asked me how the scarf was going.  When I had to admit I hadn't finished it yet she encouraged me to get it done and even offered to sit and knit with me.

Now that it is done I can move on to a new project!
