I was just out on the deck taking pictures of some of the beautiful birds that grace our trees. They are all displaying their glory as they pair off for spring. (I've noticed some nest building high in the trees). The air was full of their singing and a gentle breeze rocked the trees.
A seemingly perfect moment conducted by our great orchestra leader, but something was missing. I didn't even know it was missing until the sunlight broke through the light cloud cover and snow began to drift down. It lasted only a moment, but it was a moment locked in the time of true Godly perfection as He allowed me to watch Him orchestrate the renewal of life and the continuation of hope.
What a blessing to witness during Holy Week.
