Tribute to St. Patrick's Day via Food

It wasn't planned, but my lunch today turned into a tribute to St. Patrick's Day; with a spinach tortilla, egg salad (from those eggs I successfully peeled yesterday) and a green machine Naked juice.  What really happened was an attempt at a fast (yet healthy) lunch while on the phone with my darling before running out the door to deliver fresh eggs to the school.  Gotta dash ...
